Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package of graham cracker crumbs (about 2 cups)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Additional caramel sauce for drizzling
- Extra pecans for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are fully coated. Press this mixture into the bottom of your 9×13 inch baking dish to form an even layer.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust. Then sprinkle half of the chopped pecans and drizzle half of the caramel sauce on top. Repeat the layering process with the remaining cream cheese mixture, pecans, and caramel sauce.
- Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible.
- When you’re ready to serve, drizzle the top with additional caramel sauce and garnish with extra pecans. Slice it up and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra flavor kick, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon to the cream layer or a splash of vanilla extract.
